Ian has been working in youth work for around 25 years, most of that time in South East London. He joined Salmon as a maternity cover role and has recently joined on a permanent basis. He is a passionate about helping young people realise their potential and overcome barriers and loves giving opportunities to see young people try new things and gain memorable life changing experiences. Ian loves a challenge whether running across countries, rafting down rapids, trekking across desserts or cycling from London to Copenhagen he'll be there.
