SALMON YOUTH CENTRE in BERMONDSEY ANNOUNCEMENT

Following Jamie Anglesea’s tenure as Acting Director since 1st April 2023, the Trustees have reviewed his performance and carried out an internal assessment process with the help of some external guidance.

The Trustees are pleased to be able to announce today that Jamie is to be the new Director & Company Secretary of Salmon Youth Centre with immediate effect.

Jamie takes up his new role amidst very challenging circumstances. The cladding remediation contract has approximately two thirds to run, although at present it is on time and on budget.

Post COVID, Salmon Youth Centre is experiencing increasing demand for our services by the children, young people and families of the area. The need is growing on so many fronts and we are keen to provide more in response.

So a major task for Jamie will be to continue and re-double the efforts to find additional resources to provide what is needed. We hope that all our Supporters will support Jamie in rising to this challenge.
